Equipped kitchen of the villa

Kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, large pantry and laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board and a second bathroom.

From the kitchen there is access to one of the terraces which provides a wonderful backdrop to your delicious "al fresco" meals. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

 

Services included in the price

Water, electricity, gas, weekly cleaning and change of linen, three baby cots, shower boxes, hairdryer, Tv Sat and safe in each room. Air conditioning and heating, (6 hours a day in winter period).

Above-ground swimming-pool. (20 sq metres).

Parking space within 50 mt.

Final cleaning.

Daily buffet-style breakfast: Delicious breakfast where local mediterranean flavours are combined with traditional English.

Coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, mineral water, bread, butter, fresh brioche, jam, honey, muesli, yogurt and boiled eggs.

Breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the garden every morning.

The breakfast is included for guests in b&b room.

For guests who rent the whole villa, the cost is € 10.00 per person.

Extra Services available on request

• Upon request themed evenings can be organized;
• Typical napoletana pizza party;
• Fish and meat barbecue;
• Sampling of different local products (homemade pasta, local dairy and prepared meat products, products from the local gardens prepared using traditional methods, oil and wine from farms near by);
• Meal provided on arrival (traditional style)
  EUR 30 Or per services of local chef (lunch/dinner) EUR 20-30 per person per meal;
• Shopping service: on provision of a list we will supply the basic initial provisions you require (approx. € 120,00).
• Heating for more then 6 hours a day: payable in resort according to consumption.
• Cleaning of the villa twice a week and linen change is included in the price but if you would like the service extended this is possible at an extra charge: € 6,00 pp per day for cleaning service and € 6,00 pp per day for linen change: € 12,00 per person per day.
