Villa Cartolina B&B treatment terms and conditions

• Please send you booking request via e-mail, fax or call us;
• The reservation is deemed confirmed on receipt of credit card details;
• Credit card is only a guarantee for your booking; we will only charge your stay on the departure day or in the cases mentioned in our cancellation policy.Reservations must be confirmed via fax or e-mail.

Cancellation policy

• If the reservation is cancelled 3 days (72 hours) before the arrival date, nothing will be charged on your credit card;
• If the reservation is cancelled after 72 hours before the arrival date, the first night will be charged on your credit card;
• In case of no show, the first night of the staying will be charged on your credit card.

General information

• 10% VAT included;
• Buffet breakfast included;
• Children younger than 3 years old free (sleeping in a cradle);
• Children over the age mentioned and adults will pay 20,00 euro per person per night (sleeping in an extra bed).

 

Villa Cartolina Weekly rentals terms and conditions

Deposits

• A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, the balance is payable in cash on the day of arrival;
• A deposit of 500 euro is required on arrival and is reimbursed the day of check-out.

Cancellation

• In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 90 and 60 days before arrival, 60% of the booking deposit is reimbursed;
• Cancellation of a confirmed booking within 59 days and 30 days prior arrival, 40% of the booking deposit is reimbursed;
• The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days before arrival entails the forfeiting of all payments made;
• In case of no - show the deposit is no refundable.

Services included in the price

Within the renting price are included also the water, electricity, gas bills, 6 hour heating (6 hours a day in winter period)., weekly change of linen and sheets, parking space within 50 mt housekeeping three hours a day.

Extra Services

• Final clearing 200,00 €;
• Additional Heating;
• Airport transfer: 85 € /3 people 120 € /more than 3 people Naples /Sorrento;
• Babysitter: 15 € /hour;
• Chauffeur/Driver: 30 € /hour • Cook service: 150 €;
• Maid service: 20 € /hour • Private boat rental: 600 € (15 people max).
